I suffered long due to acute skin rashes that caused me to miss work, have restless nights and inability to wear work clothes the next day.
Going through the next day was sheer determination with my job, travel for 4 hours, two children and the household duties I had to keep up with.
Thankfully, I found the GAPS Nutrition Protocol and went through it with discipline.
It is now six months since I started and I am 99% better. My skin rashes have cleared almost completely.
I am much more healthier than before and have lost lots of fat, too. A wonderful side benefit. Everything based on food.

For the reader’s education and information:
Firstly, please do read the Disclaimer.
The time taken is highly individual and depends of several factors, two of them being “adherence & detoxification”.
Adherence includes all the steps that Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride recommends: the Nutrition Protocol: the Dos and the Don’ts. After all, it is based on her extensive clinical experience with thousands of her patients.
Detoxification includes, all the recommendations: enemas, sunbathing, foot soaks etc.
Patience is a key ingredient. This is not a protocol that can be rushed through. The body needs “its” own time. It does things in its own Wisdom and Nature. Mrs. vrushali has now moved onto the Full GAPS Nutrition Protocol where the variety of foods are much more and very interesting. However, it is due to her patiently following her Coach’s instructions and the trouble shooting required from time to time. That is what a coach is for: to help with the nuances, encourage, educate, answer queries and being a well wisher.
Finally, the Introduction Stages are very individual and can extend to months in some clients and for weeks in some. Please do note.
