Note: as per our experience, Raw Cream of a good quality may be unavailable. Raw cream is needed to make sour cream (when you put raw cream into a glass jar and allow to ferment naturally for upto 48 hours, you get sour cream. Do Not use the available commercial cream for souring. It can make you very sick).
Therefore, the next option is: buy high quality raw milk and allow to ferment naturally in a warm, dark place with the lid tightly shut. Depending on the weather, your raw milk will ferment naturally in about 48-100 hours. When fermented and ready, you will see the fat/cream on the top of the fermented milk, the curd in the middle and the whey at the bottom.
Now, skim off the cream from the top and collect it. You now have your sour cream. (After you have collected the cream, strain the curd for whey. Collect the whey and eat the rest of the curd/yogurt as an excellent probiotic)
Alternatively: if you are short of collected sour cream, you may use a good quality coconut oil instead of the sour cream (it will add a different flavour, along with the many benefits of coconut oil: anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-viral and great for the lungs and brain) However, it will now be a Thick Shake. Enjoy.
Once you are gradually regular with the juicing, you can always have it as a snack or a breakfast. However, Do Not start your day with a straight, undiluted juice. The sugar shot may not be appropriate. Instead, have it as a smoothie or a shake.
In the middle of the day, when your stomach is empty for a couple of hours or more, you may have the straight juice.
Sip and chew your juice, smoothie or milkshake, blending it with your salivary enzymes. That’s the way. Do Not gulp it down.
