Two-three litre stainless-steel utensil

Glass bottles of capacity as per the amount you make. Glass bottles can be wide mouth or narrow mouth. If narrow mouth, a funnel will be needed to fill up, along with a ladle.

Ladle for filling the brine

Weighing scale (If you do not have a food weighing scale, use a proportion of 4-5 tablespoons of salt to each litre of water. One tablespoon of salt is approximately 18 gms. One tablespoon of salt = 3 teaspoons, just so that you know)

Ingredients:

Natural sea or pink Himalayan salt (Do Not ever use refined/commercial, iodised or non-iodised salt)

Filtered water

Process:

Fill up the stainless-steel utensil with the desired amount of water. Add a little extra for evaporation

Bring the water upto boiling and add the salt in proportion: 80-90 gms per litre of water
